BODYKCARE will issue a refund to you if you request it before your order had been processed or shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: we can only issue a refund to you immediately, but we CAN NOT make it show up in your account immediately. The money as to be processed back into your account and the time differs from bank to bank.
BODYKCARE doesn’t accept returns for sanitary purposes due to COVID. When an order had been shipped and confirmed by our mail carrier that the order was delivered to the exact address you submitted, a refund will NOT be granted.
If you realized that you had given us a wrong address contact us within 24-48 hours after the order had been placed. After that period of time if you had already received a tracking number it will be too late to correct it. Still contact us even after that and we will work with you to see how best we can resolve the issue. The best way to contact us is via email or via instagram.
BODYKCARE is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, or damaged during transit provided that the shipping address matches the address on the PayPal receipt.
